InnerWild Counsel
The cycles of overwhelm, internalized aggression, and self-abandonment are not solitary experiences - they happen as complex responses to trauma, stress, depression, grief, and disconnect, even to success and expansion. Whether you are struggling with addiction or any challenging life pattern, the impulse to escape the present moment can influence a painful cycle of suffering.
My work is centered around the sacred, cathartic, and restorative process of embodied creativity in the natural world. Developing an intimate relationship with our internal and external wilderness can play a pivotal role in healing the rupture between our minds and bodies and ultimately act as a mirror to our inherent resilience and wisdom.
The path through recovery and re-connection to self is not linear. It is spiraling, winding, up and down - it is life long. Learning to stay kind and present with yourself on that road is one of the most profound gifts you can give to yourself. I'm here to help you claim that gift.
